LEGITIMATE BUSINESS INTERESTS
For legitimate business interests, which include, design services or goods.
I will require, a client survey be completed to help you capture your vision for the project. Worksheet must be complete for our initial meeting. We will review this worksheet together. Once you are happy with the worksheet and it clearly describes your project, I will work out the right solution for you.
Contract: All design projects will require a contract. Once entering a contract with you I will perform my contractual obligations to you. All tasks will be provided in a project workflow and will indicate what my task are and what your task are and must be completed by date indicated to keep your project on schedule. Every project is broken into Phases until the project is closed.
Additional work after project is closed will be subject to my hourly rate.
As required by law: I may also use or process your data as required for me to comply with legal obligations.
NEWSLETTER PRIVACY
I offer the opportunity for you to volunteer certain information to me that is used for email and marketing purposes. This information includes, but is not limited to, your name and email. You will have an opportunity to unsubscribe from any future communications via email, but I reserve the right to maintain a database of past email subscribers.
